Before our big wedding and before the entrepreneurial leap into Likeable Media & Likeable Local, we were Carrie and Dave. We were both working in sales at Radio Disney in 2001, where Dave was the top salesperson at the company until Carrie beat him out. Even from those days, Dave knew he and Carrie would be great together. Fast forward to 2006, 7,000 baseball fans and 100,000 dollars in brand promotion later, and the Kerpens knew they we were on to something- a couple that worked great together in life and in business.
After their sponsored wedding in front of 7,000 baseball fans, Carrie and Dave decided to take another leap- into business. From their wedding alone, the couple had formed relationships with and generated immense buzz for brands like Entenmann’s and 1-800-Flowers.com. Together, they started Likeable Media, a company that operated on their proven success in creating resonant content for brands, and has become the only 3-time WOMMY Award winner for excellence from the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the US according to INC Magazine for consecutive years.
